I am part CEO of Care and Beyond Health Care Services and enthusiastic and compassionate about people and helping them to be the best that they can be. I’ve been in the Social Services sector for many years working with adolescents to elderly with different complex backgrounds.
My work background is in various group homes, school boards, entry to school programs as well as home care services. Being passionate about the work that I have done, I wanted to start my own business and create a staff team that makes sure that the individual that they are working with is respected, develops the skills sets to make them successful and ensures the safety of the client that they are working with.
